JOB SUMMARY
Prepare and cook food and perform a live, entertaining cooking show in front of guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Prepare and cook food at hibachi tables in the dining room and in front of guests.
- Ensure Company recipes are made to specification.
- Prepare food to Company specification.
- Maintain proper par levels of food.
- Maintain proper rotation of food.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED WORK SCHEDULE
This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work. Work days will fluctuate to accommodate needs of restaurant.
No experience necessary. We will train you for this exciting and great career. Competitive pay and benefits. Can provide transportation if needed. Must have proper government paperwork.
